Seal-it® 210 SILICON-GP

• Seals movement joints anti-fungal and colourfast in wet rooms and sanitary areas.
• Joint seals in construction, glazing and facades.
• Sealing/bonding emergency glass in case of glass damage.

• Fast curing acetic acid.
• Durable permanently elastic.
• Mold resistant, in accordance with ISO 846.
• Contains no solvents.
• Excellent processing and adhesion properties.
• Durably colourfast, UV, weather, water, moisture and aging resistant.

• Processing temperature (ambient and substrate) between min. +5°C and max. +40°C.
• On load-bearing, compatible, dry, clean, grease- and dust-free surfaces.
• Apply in the correct joint dimensions to properly absorb movements.
• For correct joint dimensions, use SEAL-IT® 540 ROUND FOAM.
• Completely remove loose components from surfaces, using a suitable brush.
• Completely degrease greasy surfaces using SEAL-IT® 510 CLEANER.
• SEAL-IT® 210 SILICON-GP has a broad adhesion spectrum, but highly porous surfaces must be pre-treated using SEAL-IT® 520 PRIMER. Pre-treat non-porous surfaces on which adhesion is minimal using: SEAL-IT® 525 CLEAN & BOND.
• Apply SEAL-IT® 520 PRIMER easily, quickly, cleanly, evenly and not excessively, using SEAL-IT® 590 PRIMER BOTTLE + BRUSH, under the correct temperature and surface conditions (see tds.).
• Once the primer is dry, apply SEAL-IT® 210 SILICON-GP as soon as possible.
• Use SEAL-IT® 550 FINISH and smooth immediately afterwards using SEAL-IT® 590 FINISHING SPATULA, FINISHING JOINT QUARTET or FINISHING WOODS.
