Seal-it® 550 FINISH

• As a smoothing agent for easy, clean, quick and smooth finishing of joint seals. (wet tooling)
• Only use before skin formation on material to be finished.
• Suitable for all sealant types and technologies.

• PH-neutral, biodegradable, solvent-free.
• Simplifies achieving a smooth and tight finish on joint seals.
• Highly dilutable in water, for cost-effective use.
• Does not leave streaks or stains with proper mixing ratios.
• Practically odourless and not aggressive on surfaces.
• UN-approved packaging, fitted with a safety seal.
• Silicon-free, so sealant surface tension will not change and affect painting results, unless too much is applied.
• Available in a handy spray bottle (small packaging), ready-mixed version.

• Application temperature (ambient and surface) between +5°C and +40°C.
• Mixing ratio: from 1 to a maximum of 3 parts Seal-it® 550 FINISH to 100 parts water.
• After adding the 2 parts together (Seal-it® FINISH/water), stir well until a homogeneous mass forms.
• After applying the sealant, pre-moisten the joint surface and adjacent materials evenly with diluted Seal-it® 550 FINISH, taking care not to use too much. The joint can now been finished smooth and tight with a finishing block, putty knife or PVC spout. If necessary, finish the joint using diluted Seal-it® 550 FINISH.
• Use water to remove any excess Seal-it® 550 FINISH.
