Seal-it® 140 ACRYL-FR

• Specifically suitable for sealing linear connection joints, between concrete, masonry and plaster, sand-lime brick, fibre cement, plasterboard, untreated and anodised aluminium, wood and hard PVC.
• Fireproof sealing of various tube/pipe penetrations and cable ducts in walls and floors.
• Ideal for fireproof bonding of expanded polystyrene.
• Fireproof filling of splits, seams, cracks and fissures in inner and outer walls, façades and ceilings.

• Processing temperature (ambient and surface) between min. +5°C and max. +35°C.
• Use on load-bearing, tolerant, clean surfaces free of grease and dust. Porous/absorbent/open surfaces need not be completely dry.
• Ensure proper joint dimensions, for proper absorption of any movements.
• Use a suitable brush to remove any loose particles from the surface.
• Degrease the surface thoroughly using SEAL-IT® 510 CLEANER.
• Use a brush to prime highly porous/highly absorbent surfaces, such as gypsum blocks, sandstone, sand-lime brick, aerated and non-aerated concrete and masonry, evenly with 1 part SEAL-IT® 140 ACRYL-FR and 2 parts water.
• Use water to apply a smooth and tight finish, before skin formation.
