Seal-it® 310 MS-EPDM

• Specially designed for adhesion and/or sealing of EPDM films in roof, façade, floor and pond structures.
• Adhesion of building materials, such as plastics, stony surfaces, metals, alloys, treated and untreated wood, concrete and coating, lacquer and paint systems.

• Adheres perfectly to EPDM and most surfaces, even moist ones, without primer.
• Durable, retains elasticity, with high movement capacity.
• Wet-on-wet application.
• Non-shrink and bubble-free.
• Practically odourless curing MS-Polymer® system.
• Good resistance to UV, weather, water, moisture and ageing.
• Non-corrosive to metals.
• Free of isocyanate, solvents and silicone.
• Paintable with water-based and synthetic paint systems.
• Excellent absorption of acoustic and mechanical vibrations.

• Application temperature (ambient and surface) between +5°C and +40°C.
• On stable, compatible, dry, uncontaminated, grease-free and dust-free surfaces.
• Use a suitable brush to remove any loose particles from the surface.
• Properly degrease greasy surfaces using Seal-it^® 510 CLEANER.
• Seal-it^® 310 MS-EPDM has a broad bonding spectrum, but highly porous surfaces should be pre-treated with Seal-it® 520 PRIMER and non-porous surfaces with minimal bonding should be treated with Seal-it® 525 Clean & Bond.
• Use Seal-it^® 550 FINISH to apply a smooth and tight finish, before skin formation.
