Seal-it® 355 ROOFBOND-ALL is a high-quality, professional, strongly adhesive 1-component adhesive sealant based on MS-Polymer® technology. Specifically suitable for repairing and sealing roof and gutter leaks.

Applications

Watertight and flexible sealing and repair of roof and gutter leaks.
For sealing penetrations, connections, overlaps of roof edges and skylights.
For sticking shingles.
For bonding corrugated sheets, skylights, skylights.
For sealing the rainwater drainage system on the roof.

Properties

Excellent adhesion, without primer on virtually all and even damp surfaces.
Ideal for bituminous surfaces.
Permanently plastoelastic.
Solvent-free.

Contains no harmful ingredients.

Application conditions

Verwerkingstemperatuur (omgeving en ondergrond) tussen +5°C en +40°C.
Application temperature (ambient and substrate) between +5°C and +40°C.
On clean, clean, compatible, load bearing, grease- and dust-free surfaces
Remove loose components from the surface using a suitable brush.
Degrease surfaces thoroughly using Seal-it® 510 CLEANER.
Always test for adhesion to the substrate beforehand
